Amélie Du Passage — Passionate and deeply involved — Founder & artistic director of Petite Friture
HEC economics school graduate, Amélie du Passage served as speech writer under Jean-Jacques Aillagon during his time as Minister for Culture, before working for the FIAC Contemporary Art Fair with Martin Bethenod. In 2009, Amélie du Passage, driven by her love for design, took the step of founding the contemporary design producer Petite Friture, of which she is now Artistic Director.
Her childhood instilled in her a love for beauty, for houses brimming with children and bursts of laughter, for the sun setting over the Puys mountains, for tending to her garden.
Now ten years later, the Petite Friture philosophy still holds strong and Amélie du Passage continues to foster her penchant and knack for unusual, bold design, making Petite Friture a much-respected name in the industry.
Petite Friture is more than just a design editor, it is a state of mind. Its ambition: follow its dream of embarking on even wilder journeys.
