We're looking for enthusiastic, fun, and highly motivated Retail Sales Executives to assist us in maintaining our online and offline stores’ rapid growth without losing sight of ensuring that our clients have the best experience when visiting us.

You will be in charge of all aspects of our day-to-day retail activities and report directly to our Store Manager, and will be working in an international, dynamic and creative environment.

Who are we looking for?

  • Self-motivated and capable persons who can communicate effectively, both internally and externally.

  • Self-starters who can set the bar for professionalism and attitude by their own behavior

  • Must be energized, focused, and well-organized. Willing to go above and beyond to complete the task

  • Capable of multitasking in order to move the company forward


Sales and Customer Service:

  • At all time, ensuring the highest quality of customer support

  • Product awareness is extremely important

  • Our clients receive a personalized shopping experience; able to navigate all spaces in the building

  • Personal monthly and seasonal revenue goals are met, with constant communication and collaboration with the rest of the team

  • Assuring that clients are added to the store Database and that they are clientelled proactively

  • Staying on top of all new fashion and creative trends and educating customers on stock availability

  • Maintaining open communication in order to ensure continuity in quality to develop our market visibility

Brand Communication and Stock:

  • Taking responsibility for areas of responsibility as a brand ambassador

  • Maintaining replenishment in areas of responsibility and ensuring that Front and Back of the house requirements are adhered to

  • Proactive in developing communication activities in order to boost brand presence

  • Creating and maintaining Visual Merchandising experience to our visitors

  • Strong communication skills; able to communicate needs to management and function together as a team
