Responsibilities:
You are responsible for all quality events within and outside the company;
You write procedures to improve quality and also enforce them;
You develop, improve and ensure compliance with quality regulations;
You coordinate, audit and continuously investigate the implementation of quality
procedures;
You strive for continuous system optimization through consultation with various
internal and external services;
You perform both internal and external audits;
You are responsible for releasing or rejecting incoming goods and products
You are responsible for the in-house lab and for preparing and conducting tests
on textile materials
You master the product specifications for internal and external use
You check the incoming goods
You handle customer and supplier complaints
You take care of the expansion and maintenance of the quality system
You stimulate, motivate and show your colleagues the importance of quality
within the company;
You identify and communicate on attention points in the workplace and you
advise on optimization;
You inform and advise the management on cost-saving measures in the field of
quality.

Higher secondary education diploma or at least 5 years of useful and demonstrable experience within the quality department of an organization
Knowledge of languages is important, especially English is a must
MS Office (Word, Excel) has no secrets for you;
You are stressresistant, you can set the necessary priorities and can work
together with your team in a collegial manner;
You work independently and want to take responsibility.
You have the flexibility to travel frequently (25% on an annual basis)
