B&C Collection is a B2B blank apparel company based in Waterloo, Belgium. Established in 1997 with currently 50 employees across Europe and Bangladesh, it helps bring to life the actions, promotions, designs, and uniforms of businesses by bringing a comprehensive collection of styles, from classic to fashionable, of the highest quality, in the widest colour range.

Its inspiration doesn’t stop at styles and colours, it constantly looks for ways to help support businesses through targeted communications, bespoke tools and trend updates designed to give a competitive edge.

To support the Product Management Team to research and record competitive market intelligence by monitoring the key database for a specific apparel product range within the B2B industry. 



  • Update and maintain the product database by researching and inputting the competitor´s offer – discontinued and new styles, size, colour, features, fabrics and trim, sustainability certifications, etc. 
  • Support the Product Team´s objectives by achieving an extremely accurate and complete product database which will be used to inform business strategy. 
  • Collect and archive competition catalogues.
  • Update digital file for collecting and archiving. 
  • Sync Product Database with the most recent competitive insights.  


Product Management, Market Intelligence, Data Collection 



  • Minimum 2 years towards a Bachelor´s Degree
  • English, B2 (spoken and written) 
  • Knowledge of computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel
  • Educational and/or experience in the textile and/or apparel industry 
  • Experience with data collection and analysis 


  • Analytical mindset, reads and works extremely well with data
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Time management 
  • Take initiative, “hands-on” approach
  • Teamwork and collaboration, but also a sense of autonomy 


  • Work experience in a similar role
  • Microsoft Excel certification
  • Promotional textile industry experience


  • Learning the competitive landscape within a specific product category 
  • Exposure to a successful, European company 
  • In-depth interaction with highly experienced textile and apparel team members 
  • Participating in the sustainable vision of the company 
  • Based in Waterloo, Belgium (headquarters)
