From Saturday March 20, 2021, find the ceramics of Belgian artist-designer Hugo Meert in Keramis.
Hugo Meert graduated from the Sint-Lukas Brussel art school and has been, since 2013, professor of pottery at the Academy of Charleroi.
Hugo Meert's creations are often very recognizable. He draws his reflection on the function, the beauty and the design of the object. Through work and the twisting of archetypes, banal everyday objects are transformed to offer plays on words and images, where humor puts the seriousness of the profession in perspective.
