Turn (Re)Space meeting rooms into creative spaces!

(Re)Space

(Re)Space invites you to reimagine the design of its meeting rooms located on the 6th floor of Brussimmo, in the heart of Brussels' European Quarter. These fully furnished spaces are ideal for professional meetings and events, but they need a strong visual identity to provide a unique and inspiring experience.

Are you a designer or set designer with the ability to create an immersive and aesthetically engaging atmosphere for these spaces, tailored to a predominantly corporate and institutional audience? This is where your creativity comes into play! Whether through furniture, lighting installations, textiles, or custom scenography, your contribution will transform these spaces into dynamic, stimulating environments for work and collaboration.

In return for a commission on sales, you'll also receive a share of each room booking that you’ve helped enhance. This is an opportunity to showcase your work, increase your visibility, and connect with an influential audience.

WHAT DOES THIS OPEN CALL OFFER YOU?

  • Visibility & exposure: Your work will be showcased in a high-traffic professional space, with a seating capacity ranging from 16 to 30 people per room (Rooms A, C, and D).

  • Revenue share: You will receive 10% of the monthly revenue (excluding VAT) generated by bookings for the room you have decorated (excluding additional services). The rooms are rented for between €650 and €750 per day, with an average of 5 to 6 bookings per week. A discounted rate may apply if the rooms are included in an event package.
  • Sales opportunities: If one of your pieces sells, (Re)Space receives a 10% commission (excluding VAT), and our team will help connect you with potential buyers.
  • Professional promotion: (Re)Space will take high-quality photos of your work and share them across their networks.
  • Logistical support: We offer an installation service to assist you with setting up your creations.

Designers are expected to:

  • Flexible commitment: Participate for a fixed one-year period or several months, with regular updates to keep the space dynamic.
  • Replacement of sold pieces: Any sold items must be replaced before delivery.
