Fleerackers’ jewelry aims to subvert rigid notions of luxury through irregular shapes and rough textures, weaving playfulness and imperfection into his designs. His work reflects a continuous search for balance between structure and spontaneity.
Jente Fleerackers is a Brussels-based jewelry designer and founder of his eponymous brand, Fleerackers, established in 2023. His practice revolves primarily around the ancient cuttlefish casting technique, through which he explores the dialogue between imperfection and form. He is a graduate of the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Antwerp with a bachelor’s degree in Jewelry Design and Goldsmithing (2023). Building on his previous degree in Architecture from the University of Antwerp (2018), his practice combines both his passions for jewelry and architecture.
